Dr. Faiza Sumra is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio where she completed her Pre-Pharmacy coursework at the University of Cincinnati in 2019. In April 2023, she graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy. Dr. Sumra had been serving the community with Kroger Pharmacy for 5 years as a technician and intern. She is thrilled to be completing her residency training as a PGY1 Community-Based Pharmacy Resident with Kroger Health, where she educates and empowers patients with chronic disease states to achieve their health goals. She will then further her training through the PGY2 Pharmacy Leadership and Administration experience with Kroger Health to help promote the vision of helping people live healthier lives.
