Dissertation Topic: Housing Policy in the United States (US), specifically, the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC) and its implementation. The US LIHTC has now been replicated in other nations such as Australia, the UK, Sweden, Hong Kong, Italy and New Zealand.
