Professional Summary

Personal Statement
Between my third and fourth year of medical school, I had the privilege to approach medicine in another meaningful way in addition to clinical duties. I dedicated a year to research in the Leukemia Drug Development Laboratory (LDDL) at the University of Cincinnati. I took a role in exploring hematologic cancer biology and new therapies. While in the lab, investigating novel medicines fueled my excitement for the potential benefits patients may experience.

Why I Chose Cincinnati
Cincinnati is a special place, and I found myself gravitating here after my research year. The faculty mentors I worked with and program leadership were a big part of why I wanted to come to UC. I love running through the hills here and by the river as well. I am excited for what the next chapter holds. (Plus, Cincinnati was an excellent place to couples match!)
