Professional Summary

A chef, educator, and researcher, Dr. White brings over a decade and a half of diverse experience in hospitality and culinary education. Her doctoral research explored food insecurity in higher education, and she leverages this experience as an assistant professor through the College of Medicine. 

As the Culinary Medicine Director at the Osher Center for Integrative Health at the University of Cincinnati, Dr. White leads culinary medicine programming and will oversee the John & Carrie Hayden Community Learning Kitchen, a transformational space dedicated to bringing food as medicine education and experiences to all, opening in March 2026.
