DR. LAWSON WULSIN is Professor of Psychiatry and Family Medicine at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He is the assistant training director of the Family Medicine Psychiatry Residency Program. Currently he directs the Behavioral Science curriculum of the Famly Medicine Residency, co-directs the Cincinnati Center for Treatment-Resistant Depression. His research interests focus on psychosomatic medicine, specifically depression and cardiovascular disorders. Dr. Wulsin received a B.A. from Harvard College in 1974 and an M.D. from the University of Cincinnati in 1979. He completed an internship in Family Medicine at University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio, and a residency in Psychiatry at Massachusetts Mental Health Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Wulsin also completed an NIMH Fellowship in the Clinical Research Training Program at the Massachusetts Mental Health Center and an Extramural Fellowship in Cognitive Therapy at the Center for Cognitive Therapy at the University of Pennsylvania.
