Professional Summary

Sam Yeganeh is an architect, painter, researcher, and educator whose work explores the relationship between architecture, culture, and spatial experience. He holds a Master’s degree in Architecture and is currently a PhD candidate in Architecture at the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP). Sam teaches architecture and game environment design at both the University of Cincinnati and Miami University, working with students on spatial design across physical and virtual environments. His work also engages emerging technologies such as augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) and immersive digital environments as tools for architectural research and pedagogy. His research examines how architectural spaces shape identity, memory, and feelings of belonging. Sam studies the past through architectural history, lives in the present through teaching and design practice, and works for the future through digital and immersive technologies.
